These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Goose Printing website and services. By accessing or placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Goose Printing operates as Goose Printing Inc. / 1001502754 Ontario Inc. (“Goose Printing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, except where the matter qualifies for Small Claims Court in Ontario.

2. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered accepted only once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed; and

  • Artwork has been reviewed and approved for production.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once you receive confirmation that your files have entered production, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

4. No Refunds & Final Sale Policy

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, discounts, or reductions due to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect quantities ordered

  • Customer file errors

  • No longer needing the product

Refunds or reprints will only be provided if:

  • Goose Printing fails to fulfill the order as approved; or

  • Production is delayed by more than five (5) business days beyond the estimated timeline (excluding shipping delays).

5. Customer File Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for all uploaded files.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Spelling errors

  • Grammar errors

  • Layout issues

  • Low-resolution images

  • Incorrect bleed or trim setup

  • Improper colour setup (RGB instead of CMYK)

All files must be submitted in CMYK format.

Goose Printing does not guarantee exact colour accuracy due to variations in screens, materials, ink, and printing processes.

Any issue that could have been identified or corrected during the file setup stage is the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Production Times

All production timelines provided on our website are estimates only and are not guarantees.

Goose Printing is not liable for delays caused by:

  • High production volume

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

7. Shipping & Delivery

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

If an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will:

  • Reprint the order; and

  • Arrange for re-delivery using an alternative carrier where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content; or

  • You have permission from the rightful owner to reproduce it.

Goose Printing is not responsible for copyright infringement resulting from customer-submitted materials.

We reserve the right to refuse any content deemed:

  • Hateful

  • Dangerous

  • Infringing

  • Defamatory

  • Profane or sexually explicit

We do not use completed customer projects for marketing or portfolio purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Goose Printing’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputational harm.

10. Taxes & Payments

We accept debit and credit card payments.

HST is charged on orders within Ontario. Applicable provincial and federal taxes are charged based on the shipping destination in accordance with Canadian tax laws.

11. User Accounts

Customers may create accounts on our website.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Upload prohibited materials

  • Violate these Terms

  • Attempt to misuse or exploit our platform

Unauthorized copying, scraping, or reproduction of website content is strictly prohibited and monitored.

12. International Orders

U.S. shipping may be arranged by contacting us directly at:

No customs duties or additional import charges are added by Goose Printing at checkout. Orders are shipped from our US operated facilities.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
