Processing Time

All orders are processed after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Production times vary depending on the product ordered, usually ranging from 2-5 Business Days. Estimated production timelines are shown on each product page. Once production is complete, your order is prepared for shipment.

Shipping times depend on your location.

Greater Toronto Area - 1-2 Business Days (Typically Next Day Delivery)

Ottawa - 1-2 Business Days

Greater Montreal - 1-2 Business Days

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and begin once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

Shipping is Free for most orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery, through our carrier partners.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate including any unit/suite numbers and complete at checkout. Goose Printing is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will work quickly to resolve the issue.
